4 Winds On line casino launches sports activities betting

Sportsbooks are now legal and the game is available in person, online and through their mobile app at all Four Winds Casino Michigan hotels.

Sports betting is now legal in 22 states and has quickly grown into a $ 150 billion industry. Fans can bet on soccer, basketball, baseball, hockey, golf, auto racing, boxing and many other events. Some sports betting even post odds on entertainment events like the Grammy Awards, the Oscars, and Emmys.

Do you think you've heard all of this before? Hasn't sports betting been legal in Michigan for a while? Yes and no. Online sports betting was legalized in Michigan almost a year ago, in March 2020. In July, Four Winds began offering odds and payouts through branded mobile apps. In early 2021, online gambling went live at Michigan casinos, and the latest rules allow face-to-face betting on the site. Now MoodyontheMarket announces that "the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi has received approval from the Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB) to launch online gaming and sports betting at their Four Winds casinos."

COVID-19 has increased interest in providing online access and added convenience to customers in a variety of industries, and games are no different. The Pokagon Gaming Authority and our Casino Operations team have been planning to approve online gaming and sports betting for some time and we are very excited to be able to offer our guests this new and exciting entertainment experience.
